Podopeg is a podiatry and chiropody patient chair designed in cooperation with 5 professional consultants. It is operated by very silent low-tension electric actuators that enable the rising and descent from 46 cm off the floor (“0” position) up to a maximum of 88 cm.
The Trendelenburg position is synchronized with the rising movement, at maximum height the leg-rests are 110 cm off the floor. The back-rest movement can go as low as 180° thanks to a gas pump.
The leg-rest can be moved separately and it can be manually extended and positioned by means of a locking device. Podopeg presents three different variants, which are different only in the mechanical movements, but equal in style:
PODOPEG: chair with one motor that electrically controls rising and descent
PODOPEG/E: chair with legrests, seat and descent electrically moved and with backrest manually moved.
